1-Polaris: A window-based application for the insurance sector involving various insurance policies created by the underwriter.

Duration: June 2011 – September 2013 (2.3 Years)

Role: Software Developer

Responsibilities: Specification analysis, Quick Test Professional (QTP) testing, Smoke Testing, Unit Test Case (UTC) creation, Validation Coding, Fix Defects, Form Creation using Adobe LiveCycle with XSLT and JavaScript, develop Codes, Documentation, and Maintenance using industrial coding standards and policies.  Active participation in daily standups, status calls, client demos, sprint planning, and retrospection.

2-Click Schedule Tool: Tools for Service Engineers to schedule Work Orders per requirements setup by Business User.

Duration: September 2013 – May 2016 (2.5 Years)

Role: Technical Support Engineer (L2)

Responsibilities: Administrated responsibilities for handling Change Requests, resolved incidents, prioritized critical to non-critical complaints, server configuration activities, interacted directly with Client (Healthcare Sector) to analyze application requirements, 24X7 support system, and shift flexibility.

3-Intelligence Process Automation: Under IPA, we write automation for a repeated process, which occurs on a daily basis for clients to reduce FTEs, reduces time taken with human error. Was working for Finance and Banking Domain.

Duration: August 2016 – September 2017

Role: Automation Developer

Responsibilities: Working in a dynamic environment where each the requirement takes a few weeks for delivery, takes requirements from Client (serves BA role), develop C# component-based code and automation using Pega Robotics Tool (Open Span) to automate end to processes.

Projects in RPA-

 I have been working in the banking domain where I developed code to automate travel cards process for registration which involves interaction with 2 web applications and mainframe systems. The application fetches the data case by case from Pega and fed into the Visa processing portal their involved several validation checks as well as taken care of the stability of websites. The credential manager is used to maintain login which gets cleared off when one session expires.

Another project deals with the activation of Travel cards. Where data needs to be compared between Pega and Visa websites.

One of the projects which I worked on was for Payments in Cash for this bank where again details from Global pay plus web portal and finacle has been fetched and the client or non-client profiles have been created in Pega based on CIF id search in Pega.

My initial project was a small chunk where when the customer calls in the bank and the banker asks random authentication questions. Automation was written to interrogate windows app and based on the end results automation has to go and write notes in mainframe systems.

Along I have done several POCs in my initial training.

Error logs, audit logs and email integration is used to tell the user at any point automation throws exceptions or validation triggers.

GENPACT HEADSTRONG CAPITAL MARKETS, Noida (September 2017 – Oct 2018)  - Tenure: 1.3 years
Position: Lead Consultant

Being a part of multiple projects of wealth management and IPGO projects have quite a few people as a developer under me and owns the process. Review codes. Write codes. I participate in solution designing phases and provide optimized WBS. Foresees the SLA scenarios, work with a team for complex structuring of the solution and its optimizations. Been a part of TDD creations, reviews, and architectural decision-making.  Adhere to best practices to write the reusable and robust solution to any business process.

AASEYA IT SERVICES- A YASH TECHNOLOGY SUBSIDIARY, Hyderabad/Pune (Oct 2018 – Feb 2020)  - Tenure: 1.6 years

Lead the team of 5 people under and worked closely with the Architect, I started to take ownership of project development and delivery. Single-handedly developed and delivered projects to clients of the Manufacturing domain for their call center. From BA to Tester I have done each role during my tenure with Aaseya.
